In pursuance of the scheme of amalgamation of Shilpi Wire Rope Private Limited (‘Transferor Company’) with Miki Steel works Private Limited (‘Transferee Company’), and in accordance with Order dated 27^th May 2024 passed by Hon’ble Tribunal and copy of the order is uploaded in the website.

Hon’ble Tribunal vide its order dated 13.03.2023 in CA (CAA) No.32/BB/2023, has inter-alia dispensed with the convening and holding of the meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Unsecured & Secured Creditors of the Transferor Company and Transferee Company, subject to strict to compliance of the conditions as laid down in the aforesaid order.

A copy of the said scheme of amalgamation under Section 230 can be obtained free of charge, at the registered office of the Company as stated above on all working days except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
